  • TFK V – cartridge filter unit suitable for smoke extraction and filtration during welding, plasma and laser cutting. Filter has prechamber where we separate coarse particles, which falls into the first dust tank. Fan is located at the top of the unit to ensure high suction capacity and a compact design, as well as low noise.
  • Prime filter unit series is compact, mobile and suitable for use in processing high alloy steels. It is used for ultra fine dust filtration. Filter cartridges are optionally cleaned with Pulse Jet system, it is with flexible extraction arm length 2-4m and there is manual control of the unit.

  • Box filters are modular solutions for dust separation at unloading gaskets in the process of receiving goods in the agricultural industry. Several BOX filters can be combined in series to fill all applications and dimensions of the unloading station. A centrifugal extraction fan is mounted on top of the case. The Pulse Jet filter bag cleaning system combined with dP control gives us a reliable, low-cost solution and energy savings. The centrifugal fan is ordered separately, depending on the total system capacity.
  • CTF-VIS is centrifugal dust separator (cyclone) and is used for dry dust separation with a relatively small dimension, improved separation due to the high flow rate in cyclone. Higher velocities in the cyclone increased efficiency for smaller dust particles (up to 35 μm). The maximum particle separation is 95% for particles larger than 150 μm. It’s used in wood, metal, animal feed, food and rubber industry. They have the ability to expand capacity. The velocity of the entrance to the pipeline at the entrance to the cyclone must not be less than 17.5 m / s
  • CTF UNI is a universal dust separator (cyclone) that separates larger dust particles with larger dimensions and lower density in the wood processing industries, mineral wool production etc. It’s used as a primary separator in pneumatic transport, installations and extraction systems where dust particles are approx. 50μm with an efficiency of 90%. Fine dust must be filtered with bag filters (type PMV).
  • Storage silos are large structures allowing a significant amount of product to be stored under controlled conditions in order to reduce the risk of fire or explosion and to keep it protected against the weather. Silos allow dust and other materials derived from wood, such as sawdust, shavings, wood shavings, pellets, granules, etc. to be stored. To best meet the needs of its customers, with capacities ranging from 50 to 500 m³ and with different structural shapes: cylindrical, conical and rectangular.
  • Line extractor SE was developed for the removal and discharge of waste material from the silo. The extractor is produced for silo with a conical bottom with a diameter between 2400 and 3600 mm. It is made of a shaft with spikes driven by a gear motor. The motorized unit is positioned vertically directly below the extractor. There is one or a number of holes below the extractor to allow a star valve to be applied if required.
  • EBR side extractor was developed for the extraction and discharge of waste material from silo. It’s made of metal construction, leaf springs and helical shafts driven by a gear motor. The leaf springs loosen the material in the silo, and the helical shaft transports the material to a rotary extractor that removes the material from the silo.  
  • The TFI type rotary valve is used to transfer material between two separate systems. In pneumatic conveying systems, discharge is usually required from the filter or cyclone to the silo, at atmospheric pressure. This is an ideal application for the TFI type rotary valve. The rotary valve can be used for emptying of several non-adhesive material types. Max. particle size for the TFI is 13 x 13 x 13 mm. The rotary valve should not work with highly abrasive dust.

  • Bura unit filter is compact and mobile series ideal for use with big amounts of smoke when welding large constructions. Extraction is done on the torch which allows it to be very efficient. Filter cartridges are cleaned with Pulse Jet. Unit starts automatically when the welder starts welding, which reduces power consumption.
  • MFK-HD – cartridge filter unit suitable for using in many industries. This filter is ideal for reduction of harmful substances in the work environment. MFK has large filtering surface area of the filter cartridges, pulse jet cleaning system and compact dimensions.
  • Maestral filter unit is specially designed for dust and fume extraction during welding big and complex metal parts. Filter has pulse jet cleaning system. Polluted air from the environment is sucked in at the top of the filter where it’s cleaned and is coming back to section with two openings at side.
  • TEHJET is used in workshops where local exhaust ventilation is not possible. Its use is to complement local exhaust ventilation system. TEHJET is good for environments with changing sources of smoke and dust and for large work pieces or where work positions are well separated.
  • TFV filter unit for smoke extraction. It’s made according to EN ISO 15012 and has cartridge with PTFE membrane. It can have two extraction arms on one filter unit. The series contains a frequency regulator. Flexible suction arm can move in all directions which allows even more efficient filtration.
