WF is filter series primarly intended for potentially flammable and explosive activities such as grinding, welding and cutting. Filter is made of stainless steel with an implemented fan. Filtration in water tank where air containing flammable substances mixes with water and creates an air envelope around the substance. Substances are falling to the bottom of the water filter which allows easy removal and disposal. Filter can be used in atex zones, it’s suitable for sticky substances and gases.

TECHNOMATIC CNC – mist collector is used in demanding working condition, it can work up to 24 hours. Filtration is performed in 5 stages. It is long lasting filter that can work in winter conditions. Filter can be freestanding or placed on machine with help of carriers.

FOM is oil mist filter which is installed directly on CNC machine with flexible hose. This filter unit is designed with two filtration phases and it effectively absorbs any mist, lubricant and smoke during the process. Filter lubricant can be dried in collector or it can be returned to the machine. Filters enables air to come back to the work space.

TFD dispenser is a calcite dispenser, its primary task is to prevent explosion in the filter. The secondary task is to protect cartridges from rapid clogging in sticky and oil-saturated areas of application. The dispenser is placed on a flat pipe in front of the filter. At certain intervals calcite is inserted into the pipe and sprayed on the cartridges in the filter so that sticky fumes and particles do not stick to the cartridges but bind to calcite, which means longer life.

SB is spark arresting device that reduces risk of fire or explosion, protecting people and objects. It’s installed before filter units to prevent fire risk up to 99%. Spark arrester prevents the coarse particles that potentially creates flammable or explosive dust.

TFV filter unit for smoke extraction. It’s made according to EN ISO 15012 and has cartridge with PTFE membrane. It can have two extraction arms on one filter unit. The series contains a frequency regulator. Flexible suction arm can move in all directions which allows even more efficient filtration.

Maestral filter unit is specially designed for dust and fume extraction during welding big and complex metal parts. Filter has pulse jet cleaning system. The TFI type rotary valve is used to transfer material between two separate systems. In pneumatic conveying systems, discharge is usually required from the filter or cyclone to the silo, at atmospheric pressure. This is an ideal application for the TFI type rotary valve. The rotary valve can be used for emptying of several non-adhesive material types. Max. particle size for the TFI is 13 x 13 x 13 mm. The rotary valve should not work with highly abrasive dust.
