WF is filter series primarly intended for potentially flammable and explosive activities such as grinding, welding and cutting. Filter is made of stainless steel with an implemented fan. Filtration in water tank where air containing flammable substances mixes with water and creates an air envelope around the substance. Substances are falling to the bottom of the water filter which allows easy removal and disposal. Filter can be used in atex zones, it’s suitable for sticky substances and gases.

TFV filter unit for smoke extraction. It’s made according to EN ISO 15012 and has cartridge with PTFE membrane. It can have two extraction arms on one filter unit. The series contains a frequency regulator. Flexible suction arm can move in all directions which allows even more efficient filtration.

TFK V – cartridge filter unit suitable for smoke extraction and filtration during welding, plasma and laser cutting. Filter has prechamber where we separate coarse particles, which falls into the first dust tank. Fan is located at the top of the unit to ensure high suction capacity and a compact design, as well as low noise.

The TFI type rotary valve is used to transfer material between two separate systems. In pneumatic conveying systems, discharge is usually required from the filter or cyclone to the silo, at atmospheric pressure. This is an ideal application for the TFI type rotary valve. The rotary valve can be used for emptying of several non-adhesive material types. Max. particle size for the TFI is 13 x 13 x 13 mm. The rotary valve should not work with highly abrasive dust.

SB is spark arresting device that reduces risk of fire or explosion, protecting people and objects. It’s installed before filter units to prevent fire risk up to 99%. Spark arrester prevents the coarse particles that potentially creates flammable or explosive dust.

SNR series non-return valves are used to prevent the passage of an explosion in the suction line. Designed as a protection system for dust return to the production plant, helps to prevent the return of fire / explosion occurred in the filter unit in the plant. They are suitable for preventing explosions and returning back to the production hall from the filter. Safe solution for isolating the environment in the situation of an explosion.

Line extractor SE was developed for the removal and discharge of waste material from the silo. The extractor is produced for silo with a conical bottom with a diameter between 2400 and 3600 mm. It is made of a shaft with spikes driven by a gear motor. The motorized unit is positioned vertically directly below the extractor. There is one or a number of holes below the extractor to allow a star valve to be applied if required.
