Creation of a system for extraction, transport and storage of wood particles in the carpentry plant.
Technology
The system is designed with a negative pressure system. 15 kW suction fan installed on the same side of the filter controlled by the frequency regulator. The wood dust is sucked into the filter unit and transported by a 5.5 kW centrifugal fan located under the filter unit. The particles are transported to an 80 m3 silo on which a filter battery is installed. A 5.5 kW silo extractor is installed inside the silo, which removes particles and feeds the bio mass furnace that heats the production plant with a crawler conveyor. The filtered air is returned to the production plant, and in this way we preserve the heat inside the plant in the winter period.
