Creation of wood particle extraction system in five production facilities.
The system is designed with four filter units and ten suction lines in the vacuum system. Each processing machine has its own electro-pneumatic guillotine, which is connected to the processing machine and the filter unit. Centrifugal fans are controlled by frequency regulators and a customized PLC program. Each suction line has an air return to the drive.
